Revision cloud necklace
Architects use revision clouds to highlight drawing changes and label with a tag showing the associated revision number. These clouds are purely for communication on a drawing but I thought they can be something more special outside of the 2-dimensional context.
I have always wanted to design modules that can be chained repeatedly as a necklace and the irregular curviness from the clouds seemed to fit in with the idea.
It has taken me months to design, mock-up and put the necklace together and is certainly the most challenging piece I have done so far but hugely satisfying at completion.
All parts are made in sterling silver with a sanded finish and the necklace is about 340mm long and 175mm wide.
